- Standard Delivery - Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
All orders $33.00 and under must add $4.95 Shipping and Handling. All
orders $33.01-$149.99, add 15% Shipping and Handling. All orders
$150.00 and over, add 10% Shipping and Handling.
- Overnight Delivery
Shipping amount determined by box weight. $5.95 handling fee added
for overnight delivery orders. (Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Central Time
will ship the following business day, Monday through Friday.)
Foreign Destinations:
- Canada Air Delivery - Please allow 4-7 working days for delivery.
Allow $12.00 plus 15% of the order subtotal for shipping and handling.
- International (Not Canada) Air Delivery - Please allow 7-10 working days
for delivery.
Allow $22.00 plus 15% of the order subtotal for shipping and handling.
- Non-U.S. Ground Delivery

are payable in U.S. funds. Prices subject to change without notice. These shipping rates are the same
for all orders placed by phone, mail, fax or internet. The Teaching & Learning Company
